Ranchos Estates is Punta Mita's most exclusive neighborhood, located on the bay's northern shore and far from the town's main drag. Estate Jabali can host up to 12 guests, they can  enjoy the utmost in luxury at this exclusive, gated villa that is directly on the beach. The villa has four luxurious master suites, all with king-size beds and breathtaking ocean views. There are also two guest suites, each with two full beds, as well as a living room and media room with plenty of seating options including futons and couches. There is a service room equipped with a full bathroom and two single beds for the use of babysitters and nannies.

The primary living spaces in this home are designed to blur the boundaries between indoors and outside, with only glass separating them. This makes for a warm and welcoming setting, one that even extends to the outside spaces. All rooms come equipped with cutting-edge equipment including satellite TV, flat screens, wireless internet, and a state-of-the-art media center.
