Villa Brianna, a new four-bedroom home where you can relax on the patio and listen to the waves, is located in one of Playacar's most picturesque neighborhoods and is as near to the beach as you can go.
Relax in roomy spaces and enjoy the ease of living by the sea in a house that blends subtle design elements to provide a contemporary, cheerful appearance. The Villa Brianna's various corners, from the roomy bedrooms to the beachside plunge pool, make it simple to unwind amidst the white dunes. For small groups with a view, the waterfront terrace, which has an outdoor eating space and a barbecue grill, is ideal.
The four bedrooms, three of which feature contemporary ensuite bathrooms, each offer king-size beds. Also, the views from the terrace and the second-floor rooms serve as a continual reminder of how near the house is to the sea. One of the primary characteristics of the property is the beach itself. The smooth sands extend for miles to the south, and if you head north along the beach, you'll soon reach downtown Playa, which also offers a wide variety of entertainment alternatives.
