Just as you enter the villa you will find a sumptuous living room accompanied by your dining room leading to the terrace where you will see an incredible multi-level swimming pool, a covered lounging area and water sports equipment. The dining room also connects to an elegant kitchen that is fully equipped for anyone who wants to take on the role of Chef and prepare fresh fish there or on the grill.

Four extraordinary bedrooms to relax in, each with its own bathroom and dressing room. All with large spaces and harmonized with light colors that give the feeling of calm and tranquility.

The upper floor features an entertainment and media area with its flat screen TV as the main feature and the couches around it to watch a movie in the evening. From here you can climb the stairs to the terrace where you will find an exquisite wet bar that invites you to enjoy refreshing cocktails.

Villa Nautica's staff is friendly and helpful, with enough experience to serve you in excellence. Your concierge will have the role of helping you manage any activity you wish to do and will accompany you during your stay to resolve any details.

The property is relatively close to the San Carlos marina where you will find exquisite restaurants, fun and themed bars, golf and tennis court.
