The three-bedroom Villa Turquesa may be found within the gated community of Porto Fortuna at Mexico's Punta Mita Resort. The villa is located on the grounds of Punta Mita Resort, giving visitors private use of all the resort has to offer, including its breathtaking ocean views.

The Residents' Beach Club of the Porta Fortuna complex is home to Sufi, one of Punta Mita's most acclaimed restaurants, and is available free of charge to guests of the community. The restaurant also offers a delivery service, which is available only to Porto Fortuna patrons.
